Your weekly grocery trip doesn’t just have an impact on your overall health status… however it can potentially influence your long-term financial status too.

For those living in Australia, North America and the United Kingdom, recent data collection has shown that it’s not uncommon for the average person to spend ~$200+ on food and beverages per week. As you can imagine, the range of inter-individual spending varies greatly depending on someone’s dietary pattern, geographical location, nutritional literacy and preparation habits (home cooked meals vs takeaway). However, it goes without saying that grocery bills WILL add up to thousands of dollars per year regardless of your intake.

Therefore, if it’s inevitable that everyone needs to purchase and eat food to stay well-nourished and survive… then why not save money in the process to aid in financial relief and financial FUN in other areas of life?

Little purchase decisions add up… and even while a ~$25 saving on each grocery bill may not seem like much in the short term… across a year this would amount to ~$1300 ++ in savings! PLUS, bear in mind this would be saving money WHILE STILL being able to purchase and consume all of your preferred foods - the only catch is that you do so strategically!

In our eyes $1300 ++ is indeed a nice reward for being an intelligent shopper!
