If you’ve set out on a health and fitness journey but have chosen a route with some very conflicting goals… be prepared for a bumpy ride.
This doesn’t infer that it’s IMPOSSIBLE to reach your final destination, however it’s likely to take far more time, effort, and strategy compared to taking a direct path.
This can be a tough pill to swallow for some individuals who want to achieve their ultimate strength and physique goals, however they’re also adamant about:
▪️Majorly restricting food groups
▪️Never gaining weight
▪️Training on a fasted stomach
▪️Fighting their genetics
▪️Only eating “superfoods”
▪️Staying in denial about weight plateaus
▪️Only prioritising supplements
▪️Having (too much) “balance” on the weekends
The truth is, there’s a number of protocols in the health and fitness industry that are marketed as easy and simple to achieve - but this is rarely the case.
Achieving certain goals is going to require you to take necessary steps, and the more extreme the goal = the more patience, work ethic, and strategic planning required to achieve it.
Don’t be in the dark, in denial, or oblivious to the consequences certain choices have and how they will influence your progress long-term.
Be aware, informed, and accepting of how your plan of attack will REALISTICALLY influence your final outcome.
